1. Check before starting
(1) Check whether all the forbidden bolts of the machine body are loose, add grease to each lubrication part according to the oil injection hole, and check whether the chain tension is moderate.
(2) The motor starts instantly, and observe whether the direction of rotation is correct (clockwise when viewed from above).
(3) Check whether the test hydraulic station and oil cylinder (worm gear, worm) are working properly.
 
2. Turn on
(1) Put an appropriate amount of raw materials into the pot.
(2) Open the gas (steam) pipeline valve and use the ignition gun to ignite the flame.
(3) Start the stirring motor.
(4) Adjust the flame (steam) size and stirring speed appropriately according to the actual situation during the working process. When working, the steam pressure cannot exceed the maximum working pressure 0.49Mpa.
 
3. Shutdown
(1) Turn off the gas (steam);
(2) Stop the stirring motor;
(3) Pull the handle to the position where the stirring arm rises to make it rise and flip to the proper position (as long as it does not hinder the rotation of the pot);
(4) Turn the handle to the tilt of the pot body to turn the pot body over and pour out the material.
(5) Turn the handle to the position where the pot body returns to position the pot body;
(6) Move the handle to the stirring arm, and lower the position to return the stirring arm;
(7) Prepare for the next working cycle.
 
Maintenance and maintenance of planetary mixing jacketed kettle
1. The steam inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe joints leak steam. When choosing a tight nut does not solve the problem, you should add or replace the packing.
2. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked regularly, and if there is any malfunction, they should be replaced and repaired in time.
3. After 50 hours of use, the gearbox should be disassembled to drain the lubricating oil, rinsed with kerosene or diesel, and added 30#-40# clean oil. After 150 hours of use, change the oil for the second time, depending on the specific situation in the future. , Change the oil every 1000 hours of use.
