How to use and maintain the vacuum jacketed kettle
 
How to use the vacuum jacketed cooking kettle:
 
1. The pneumatic vacuum jacketed kettle should be installed in a construction environment with good ventilation when the device is installed. The ground is even, the operating area is wide, the installation equipment is stabilized, and the joints with rods and bolts must not be loosened.
 
2 The bolt nodes at both ends of the support frame should be tightened firmly. When the pot body is tilted down, the inlet and outlet pipes of the two groups of pot body shall not move with the pot body.
 
3 After the pneumatic enters, if the air leaks from the passage, it is necessary to close the valve and shut off the pneumatic passage.
 
4 The pneumatic vacuum jacketed kettle is equipped with an underground drain or location for draining water and downwind, which is convenient for development when it needs water to be forwarded or flushing the pot body when it is not being developed.
 
5 Adjust the pneumatic load before use, and make sure that the pneumatic equipment around you and the dynamic pressure during construction should be suitable for the requirements.

Instructions for use of jacketed kettle:
1. Remove the heater and put on the gas ignition cover.  
2. Open the pressure reducing valve and the air inlet port.  
3. Open the air valve counterclockwise, and the open flame is ignited. (For stoves equipped with a fire, please light the fire first).   
4. Simultaneously adjust the air valve and air valve switch until the desired flame is reached.   
5. Stop working and close the angle valve and air valve.  
 
Gas heating jacketed boiler equipment maintenance:
1. Frequently check the air intake pipeline and equipment pipeline, and no air leakage is allowed.   
2. After the equipment has been working for a period of time, please clean and lubricate the worm gear and worm of the transmission mechanism to extend the service life of the equipment.   
3. The exhaust hood of the equipment will produce high temperature when it is working, so it is forbidden to touch it with body parts! !   
 
4. The steam inlet and outlet pipe joints leak steam. When tightening the nut does not solve the problem, add or replace the packing.   
 
5. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked regularly, and if there are any faults, they should be replaced and repaired in time.   
 
6. After the equipment has been working for a period of time, please clean and lubricate the worm gear and worm of the transmission mechanism to extend the service life of the equipment.

Maintenance of vacuum jacketed kettle:
1. The steam inlet and outlet pipe joints leak steam. When the nut does not solve the problem, add or replace the packing.
 
2. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked regularly, and if there is any malfunction, they should be replaced and repaired in time.
 
3. After 50 hours of use, the gearbox should be removed to drain off the lubricating oil, rinse with ** or **, and add 30#-40# to clean**. After 150 hours of use, change the oil for the second time. Depending on the specific situation, the oil should be changed every 1000 hours of use.
 
4. If the anti-rust oil peels off, it should be painted in time, and the paint of the outer pot should be painted. X55-3** vinyl water-resistant paint is recommended.
 
5. After the jacketed kettle has been used for 5 years, it is recommended to conduct a safety water pressure test. The interval between subsequent water pressure tests shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the local technical departments.
 
The pressure P water of the water pressure test is determined according to the following conditions:
 
When the rated working pressure P is less than 0.6MPa, P water = 0.15MPa;
 
When the rated working pressure P=0.6-0.8MPa,
 
P water = P amount + 0.3MPa
 
6. The outer pot of this pot is made of 4.0~5.5mm thick steel plate, steel grade A3. When the outer pot of the jacketed kettle has been rusted and thinned to less than 2mm after years of corrosion, it should be stopped.
 
7. The welding of the stainless steel in this pot and the welding of the joints of other stainless steels should use stainless steel electrodes Ao 102, Ao 107, Ao 132, Ao 137, and other grades should not be used.
