Precautions for jacketed cooking kettle:

1. In the process of using the jacketed kettle, you should always pay attention to the change of steam pressure, and adjust it in time with the steam inlet valve.
 
2. After stopping the air intake, turn on the straight mouth cock at the bottom of the jacketed cooking kettle and drain the remaining water.
 
3. The outer pot of the electric heating jacketed cooking kettle is made of 4.5-5.5mm thick stainless steel steel plate SUS304 or SUS316 or A3 steel plate. When the outer pot has been rusted and thinned to less than 2 mm after years of corrosion, it should be discontinued.

4. The pressure gauge and safety valve of the electric heating jacketed kettle should be checked regularly. If there is any failure, it should be replaced or repaired immediately.
 
5. After the reducer of the electric heating jacketed cooking kettle has been used for 50 hours, it should be removed to drain off the lubricating oil, rinse with kerosene diesel, and add 30#-40# clean oil. After 150 hours of use, change the oil for the second time. Depending on the specific situation, the oil should be changed every 1000 hours of use. Remember: The interlayer of the electric heating jacket must be open to the atmosphere, and the interlayer is at normal pressure during heating.
 
6. The steam pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure for a long time.
 
7. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the pressure of the user's own steam.
