Instructions and installation steps for gas jacketed kettle
Installation steps of gas jacketed kettle:
1. Tighten the two setscrews of the support frame. When shaking the pot, the inlet and outlet pipes at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot.
2. After the installation is completed, the agitated gas jacketed kettle should be tested for an empty truck, and it can be put into production only after the transmission components are running normally.
3. After air intake, if there is air leakage at the joint, tighten the nut until it does not leak.
Instructions for use of gas jacketed cooking kettle:
1. Remove the heater and put on the gas ignition cover.
2. Open the pressure reducing valve and the air inlet port.
3. Open the air valve counterclockwise, and the open flame is ignited. (For stoves equipped with a fire, please light the fire first).
4. Simultaneously adjust the air valve and air valve switch until the desired flame is reached.
5. Stop working and close the angle valve and air valve.
Classification of gas jacketed kettle:
1. According to the structure, it can be divided into: tiltable gas jacketed pot, vertical (fixed) gas jacketed pot structure
2. Gas-fired jacketed kettles are divided into electric heating gas jacketed kettles, steam-heated gas jacketed kettles, gas-heated gas jacketed kettles, and electromagnetic heating gas-fired jacketed kettles.
3. According to the needs of the process, the equipment with or without mixing is used.
4. According to the sealing method, the gas jacketed pot can be divided into: no cover type, flat cover type and vacuum type.
