Understand the structure of the jacketed kettle:
The steam jacketed kettle is composed of a bracket, an inner and outer pot body, a tilting device, and a steam pipeline. The equipment has steam as the heat source and is equipped with a turbine-driven tilting device. The pot body can be tilted to facilitate the in and out of materials; the double-layer pot body is filled with steam in the jacket; the pot body adopts integral head and pressure vessel welding technology, and has reached the national level Safety standards; the whole is made of stainless steel, easy to clean, hygienic and safe.
 
The steam jacketed kettle is equipped with a pot body, a trap, a hand wheel, a frame body, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an electric control box, a tilt frame and other equipment. The inner pot body is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant Aussite stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. The middle layer can be made of SUS304 stainless steel or Q235-B carbon steel according to user requirements.

Precautions when using stainless steel steam jacketed kettle:
 
1. The steam pressure of the steam jacketed boiler should not exceed the rated working pressure.
 
2. When entering steam, the steam inlet valve should be opened slowly until the pressure is needed. The shut-off valve at the condensate outlet, if a trap is installed, should always be opened; if there is no trap, the valve should be opened first. Turn the valve down until there is steam overflow, and keep the opening degree until a small amount of water vapor overflows.
 
3. The safety valve of the jacketed kettle boiler can be adjusted according to the pressure of the user's own steam.
 
4. During the use of the steam jacketed boiler, the change of steam pressure is often calculated, and the steam inlet valve is used to adjust it in time.
 
5. After stopping the steam intake, the straight mouth cock at the bottom of the pot can be opened to release the accumulated water.
