The jacketed cooking mixer kettle is suitable for the stirring, heating, cooking and frying of various high-viscosity materials; the roasting and filling industry (jam, lotus paste, bean paste, fruit paste, candied fruit, jujube paste), meat products cooked food processing industry (broiled, meat sauce, beef Sauce, seafood sauce), condiment industry (hot pot base, instant noodle sauce, Xiangqi sauce), confectionery industry (jam, sugar), vegetable corn processing industry (mushroom sauce, chili sauce), hotel supplies and fast food (canteen boiled Soup, cooking, stew, porridge) and other food processing industries.

Features of steam heating jacketed kettle:
1. The body of the jacketed kettle is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer spherical body, and the overall material is 304 stainless steel.
2. It is heated by electric heating tube, and the heat is transferred to the pot body through the heat-conducting oil, which has high thermal efficiency.
3. The heat preservation layer is made of aluminum silicate for heat preservation, which has good heat preservation effect and is not hot.
4. The temperature controller adopts full digital display, easy to operate, accurate control, and automatic control in the whole process.
5. Large heating area, uniform heating, even stirring, no paste pot
6. Independent distribution box device.
 
The composition structure of the jacketed cooking mixer kettle equipment:
1) Pot body: stamped by a large-tonnage press, produced in a well-known domestic Japanese wholly-owned factory;
2) Frame body: welded by square tube and sheet material, it plays the role of bearing and fixing the pot body, mixing system, transmission device, mixing arm and hydraulic system;
3) Mixing system: It is composed of agitating arm and wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant tetrafluoroethylene material;
4) Heating system: There are four types: gas type, steam type, electromagnetic type and electric heating type. The gas type is composed of noiseless burners and gas pipes manufactured by Longze.

Important components of the jacketed kettle:
1. The pot body-the main part of the jacketed cooking mixer kettle, the main function is to hold the material and pass the pressure steam
2. Take over of the nozzle-link the pot body and the external structure
3. Feet-used to support the pot 4. Drainage device-used to drain condensed steam
5. Stirring device--mix the material to make the material evenly heated
6. Rotating device-the power mechanism of the equipment, which drives the agitator to run
 
Advantages of Sauce jacketed kettle:
1. We have adopted two patented technologies in the manufacturing of planetary stirring woks, which are different from other manufacturing processes in the same industry; all food machinery including accessories have achieved standardized design and production. Planetary stirring woks have to go through a 4-hour test run before they leave the factory, and they can only be shipped out of the factory after they are qualified.
Its production process is inseparable from the chili sauce wok. According to the control of specific raw materials, equipment and process technology, add about 20% of the total weight of the raw materials in the lifting wok. Add the finely ground chili sauce, heat to about 80%, keep it for five to ten minutes, then add spices and other seasonings, and put the mature chili sauce out of the pot while it is hot and place it in a stainless steel container.

4. According to the sealing method, Longze jacketed kettle can be divided into: no cover type, flat cover type and vacuum type;
 
Stir-fry sauce cooking mixer machine mixing system:
The mixing method adopts a special inclined rotation to make the planetary mixer fully contact the pot body, realize the non-integer rotation ratio of rotation and autobiography, so that there is no dead corner in the pot, and the material is stirred and mixed more uniformly. The agitator adopts PTFE scraper. The board and the pot body have a high degree of adhesion, and the bottom scraping is more thorough, and the pot sticking phenomenon is not easy to occur.
